Control Panel Access

When I try to access Control Panel I get a message saying
that access to the specified device, path or file is
denied? This just started and I'm not for sure how to
eliminate so I can change my settings from time to time.
Thanks for anyone's help.

Sorry, wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is for Microsoft Access, a database
application.

Suggest reposting in one of the newsgroups for your version of Windows.
