Control Panel Settings

After building an XPE image, I found I can access all functions in the
Control Panel, except the 'User Accounts' and 'Display Settings' icons. It
appears like it's a credentials issue, but now I'm wondering if the problem
is a setting that hasn't been enabled or a missing component in TD. Has
anyone encountered this issue before?

Thanks.

Sean;

That was (part of ) it. I was missing these two components. I'm getting
further than I was before. However, when I now select User Accounts, I'm
getting an "Invalid syntax" error in the Local Users and Groups window (when
navigating to User Accounts -> Advanced User Management -> Local Users and
Groups window). I'm trying to add a new user account. I'm logged in as an
administrator when this error occurs. Do you know why this error is being
reported?

Thanks.

There was a bug in one of the beta releases of SP2 or FP2007 - I don't
remember which, but a solution was found and fixed in the final release. It
maybe that the eval has the bug. Someoen from MS has to confirm.

Sean;

Thanks for the info. For our evaluation, this is not a hold point.

Has anyone heard back from MS on this issue. I am using the same version of
the tools however mine is the purchased version and this error IS holding up
production on our product. Unfortunately I cannot seem to find anything on
the MSDN site or in the KB on this issue. Any help would be greatly
appreciated!
