I purchased a Lexmark X6570 AIO b/c it had Wireless capability. I can use my
printer wirelessly but none of my programs will pickup a wireless connection
for my scanner. When I go to Scanners and Cameras the only attachments that
Microsoft has is for physical attachments for LPT1 and COM Ports, USB mainly
but they have never included a wireless conncection to be found using their
wizard. Does anyone know of a work-a-round for this, have they included a
patch or anything???????

Zero Configuration 1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then click
Network and Internet Connections. 2. Click Network Connections, right-click
Wireless Connection, and then click Properties. 3. View the available options:
Has your scanner joined the SSID (workgroup)?

What shows up when I click on the General Tab is the "File and Printer
Sharing for Microsoft Networks"...I have no problem with the printer, it
works fine on the wireless connection, it's just the scanner, which is a
different set of drivers I'm guessing..then when I go to the Wireless
Networks Tab under Preferred Networks it has my one and only Network there,
under View Wireless Networks, it again only shows my Network..I'm not sure
what you mean for me to do?????
