Control panel- Program Uninstall

How do I cancel a program that is scheduled to be uninstalled at restart?
 
Hi Hoagie,

You can't. Why? If you uninstalled one by accident, just reinstall it
afterwards.

The program I accidently uninstalled is Outlook Express. I am concerned that all my email and contact list will be lost. Will it? Is there anything I can do to prevent lossing the information. I have yet to reboot.
 
Hi

Search for and copy *.dbx files if they are not already gone. You can import
them back afterwards (file/import/mail messages). No guarantees.
