Continuous music(audio)

I have converted the song I want to add to my powerpoint from mp3 to wav. I
went to "slide show", "slide transition", and added my song under the "song"
section then I clicked "loop until next sound" and "apply to all". Every
time I change slides, my song restarts. I was wondering how to get my song
to play continuously throughout slides without restarting when I change from
slide one to slide two and so on? Please let me know as I am trying to make
my boyfriend a present and am not too successful so far . Thanks.

Under sound, set to no sound first. Now, click apply all.
Go to the sound that you want the music to start, set the sound. Put a
checkmark to loop until next sound. Do NOT apply all.
