I just installed SP4 and the other critial & recommended
updates by using the Win Updater link... Everything went
just fine. But now my disk is continually doing disk
reads??? About 1 second apart my disk is doing an I/O,
the light flashes and everything. I pulled up the Win
Task Manager and the SERVICES.EXE is the process that is
continually running? I've tried stopping each service
trying to figure out which service is the colprit and that
did NOT work.

Any Suggestions???????

Thanks
Troy
