That is expected behavior, and by design. Go to start/run, and type

"%userprofile%/Local Settings/Temporary Internet Files"

This is a different view than the one you are using.

Your right this get me to the "Temporary Internet Files" Folder in a way I
have never known. But it only contains cookies nothing else.
There is no Content.IE5 folder.
I want to replace the missing content folder.

If you have told your browser to locate your Temporary Internet files
somewhere other than the default position then that's where you need to
start looking. The Content.IE5 folder is probably there but you won't be
able to access it easily. I created a shortcut that contains the full
path of the temporary files, such as:
"F:\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5"

If you don't open inside the Content.IE5 folder you won't be able to see
it or get into it.

I don't know why Microsoft has made it so difficult to gain access to
the Temporary Internet Files but it's a damned nuisance for me.

This is Why I know I new a new "Content.IE5" Folder

I go to a web site that I built and know that one of the pics that loads is
for example "Pic1.jpg".
With broser still open I do a Start/search/files or folders for "Pic1.jpg".
And the result is (Search is complete. There are no results to display.)
When I right click on the picture on the web the properties say it is
Pic1.jpg
Bnd when I click on Save Picture As...
The Save Picture window opens and has File name: untitled
and Save as type: is Bitmap(*.bmp)

I think something is really crewed up.
