first allocation unit is not valid error

Hi,

I am getting this error too often.

" The type of the file system is FAT32.
Volume Serial Number is 3B0F-1300
Windows is verifying files and folders...
Windows found errors on the disk, but will not fix them
because disk checking was run without the /F (fix) parameter.

You need to run chkdsk /f

you'll be informed that it cannot run on a mounted file system
you will be asked if you want to run it at next boot

say yes and reboot
