content advisor

How do I disable content advisor. The password was never set on this
computer or a default was set and I don't know what it is. I have tried
deleting the key folder in the HKEY, etc. and it still asks for a password.

After you delete the 'key' Value, you open the content tab, and click the
'disable'button to log on with a BLANK password.
