The author of the web page has the option to include any 'rating' for the
page that they choose. These entries are "Meta Tags" used by things like
Google and other search engins to classify pages by type. For example, this
newsgroup page includes meta tags that are not that informative....
<meta name="description" content=""><meta name="keywords" content="">...
Content Advisor depends on these meta tags to function. If you allow
'unrated' sites, or go to a site that does not accurately assign itself to a
meta tag you find 'inappropriate', this feature is not going to perform the
way you wish.
