internet options content...Forgot Password

hi, i set a password on my content advisor last year and i forgot it. i
looked at the hint then i remembered that i set a very confusing one that
wouldn't jog my memory. is there anyway of retreiving my password so i can
enable the content advisor?

internet explorer>tools>internet options>content
thats where i need help in :)

can anyone help me please :D
