content advisor

I enabled content advisor and created a password but it is not working .it
does not block anything.I did this on another computer and it it working but
not on mine.please help
 
We have been using content advisor for nearly a year ...renewed our firewall
subscription and now content advisor does not block anything ! It says it is
enabled . I turned it off and on again a few times but no luck... please
help!!!
