Content Advisor window

I'm trying to help an elderly lady with her e-mail & internet searches. When
you try to do either of these, a "Content Advisor" window pops up. She tells
me she never initiated any kind of a supervisor password at all!! We can't
get past this window. She has AOL. Thank you for any help!!
