content advisor and ratings.pol

having constant problems with a corrupt ratings.pol file
showing up on our system - daily. Content advisor is being
disabled, we find the rating.pol file and delete as
recommended and all is ok. Content advisor will randommly
be disabled and rating.pol file shows up again. Also seems
to relate to every time we close out two pop ups that
content advisor should filter out come up and content
advisor is disabled. Any remedies for this?
