Content advisor problem on win 2k

The content advisor has stopped working. I have tried
disable and enable
I tried changing the password and/or settings
Adding specific blocked sites. Still it does not work
IE6 with latest patches. Win 2k sp

But I searched for this file but it does not appear to be on the
HD. On one site I saw comments that renaming the ratings.pol
does not work on win 2000 and I should contact MS
support...
