I have the same problem. Re-installing ie6 did not help and ratings.pol does not exist on my system, and I am able to view all files

Hi,
To restore Content Advisor to its original state, go to
http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm Download CA-Reset.exe (line
283)
This will delete the approved list and return Content Advisor to "like new"
condition.
