When someone sends me a group email why are all their friends emails showing
up in my contact list?
Also, when I create mail why doesn't "Anns" name come up when I first touch
the A?
Any help will be appreciated

1. The sender messed up, and instead of putting the distribution list
on the BCC line, he put it on the To or CC line. Recipients will be
added to your list of contacts only after you reply to them.
(Tools, Options, Send, "Automatically put people...")

2. That depends on where you clicked just before you typed 'A'.
If you simply start typing in the empty To line, that will select from a
list of contacts you recently emailed. If you clicked on To first, that
will select from your list of contacts.
