email contacts

When I click on 'create mail' and then click on 'TO' it shows a short list of
contacts that I don't know how those names got there, and I cannot delete
them and when I try to do it, it puts 'unknown' in the contact list.

How can I make entries into this contact list? I have 15 folders of email
addresses. I need to send my newsletter via email to one of the groups. How
do I do this? How do I get my contact group into this 'TO' list?

To delete unwanted addresses :
Open WM > click Contact > scroll to unwanted contacts, right click, click
Delete.

To e-mail newsletter to groups :
Give your groups each with a group name ie. AtoF.group
Enter the group name in TO or BCC column.
