Contacts in Outlook

We have contacts in our contact list with two different icons - one looks
like a business card and the other looks like a yellow paper with a push pin
in it. Does anyone know what it means. We cannot open the ones with the
push pins remotely. How did we get the ones with the push pins and how do we
change them to the ones that look like business cards?
