Laptop power adaptor replacement. Can I use this one?

Real quick, and probably simple, question...

The earth pin broke off the GF's laptop charger so I ordered a replacement that is apparently the same. Now I know nothing about this so I just wanted to check before we use it.

The polarity symbols are the same, but look different, does that mean anything?

Yep, I agree - looks ok to me too - the polarity symbol still shows it as pin positive. Other specs are in line too.
