manage two address books

How to manage 2 address books?

I have 1 company wide contact list that we all have access to and can edit.

I have 1 personal contact list that only I can access.

I want to have both lists (combined or separate) appear on my phone when I
sync.

I think I need to "push" the business contacts to my personal contacts and
then sync my phone with my personal (which now has all the business contacts
in it as well)

Do I need to buy additional software to accomplish this "push"?

What you need to do is ask in the correct group. None of these questions is
an Outlook issue and your post is too unclear to know in whose realm it
belongs. Exchange appears to be the most likely, or perhaps whoever supports
your synch software.

Then you need sync software that will handle it. Outlook doesn't control
what gets synched.
