Contacts in BCM 2003

One day my Contacts and accounts were there. The next day they have
gone. The info is there somewhere as it is retrieved on Tasks that
relate to a Contact. Anybody know how to get this valuable data back?
 
Hi rossal,

Can you please tell what are the exact repro steps that lead to this
behavior? What is the OS, Office version, BCM version etc...
