Please tell me how to add a contact list to a clients outlook.
What is the file extention on a contact list.
Why does a clients contact list also show up in his address book
 
The address book is a compilation of all available address lists. Create a
new address list by adding a new contacts folder. In Outlook, choose File |
New | Folder.
