Constant Office 2003 install when logged on as limited

This is driving me crazey! My XP pro PC has me as admin and 2 other limited
accounts, when the limited ones are logged onto, you get a constant
"preparing to install office 2003" dialog. If you log off and change these
accounts to administrator the problem goes away, returning if you change them
back to limited. Itts driving my family nuts.
