Constant error message

I get an error message that pops up every 30 secs. or
so. It says on the top bar "P2P Networking". Then down
below says "Can't start server!". Only a single "OK"
button to push. Any idea why this is happening and how
to get rid of it?

I'd say you have some spy or adware installed. Download and run Adware from
www.lavasoft.de to help detect and remove it.
