Thanks psd..just ordered 1...now where did i put those cable ties..
Thinking about changing the gold scart though as its far too long and heavy...honestly the scart is that heavy it pulls itself out !! and can`t really see much difference than with the cheapo one .

yer lots of times when I go out to these stores sales reps always bang on about how "great" a "golden" scart or a "golden" HDMI cable is!

It is really annoying

£3 on a scart lead or £30

same quality and output

Scart leads are worth spending a little more on as they are analogue, HDMI is digital, it works or it dont, therefore a £70 HDMI lead will be just as good as one that cost a fiver.
