I am trying to install a program (telus ecare) and I get the a popup saying
the 'program cann`t detect an active connection.' But I am connected to the
internet as my browser and email work. I recently reinstalled xp home with
updates which included sp2.
I have 20 gb disk
512 ram
telus help desk have been unable to solve the problem, Any suggestions?
