connection problem to web server

The client computer can connect to the webserver from
other other room except for one particular room. I am able
to log on to the server and view the network resources
within the domain. I am also able to ping other computers,
routers, and domain servers except for the web server. I
believe it has something to do with the FTP program which
was downloaded, but i'm not sure. Besides this particular
client, other clients within the same room can connect to
the webserver. Are there any suggestions on how I can
rectify this problem?

Is there a static IP for the webserver in your local machines Hosts file
by any chance?

No, there isn't a static IP address in the client machine
