Connecting siemens mobile phone

Siemens software require Outlook to connect and sync. S55 mobile phone. My OEM windows xp home has only installed Outlook Express. Is Full outlook available with this installation.

MS Outlook is available as a program you can buy or as part of the MS Office
Suite.
It doesn't come with Windows XP

Outlook is not part of XP. It comes in the Office Package.
