connecting my keyboard with my vaio rx405

Does anyone know how I can connect my keyboard with my
Sony Vaio (type RX405)? I don't know which connector I
should use. The music file type from the keyboard is midi
and the sony PC hasn't a midi port anymore. In stead of
the midi port I see four! USB ports. Should I use these
USB port?
The second question I have is for the phase after I've
connected the keyboard with the piano. Which software and
drivers I should use to be able to import the midi file
from the piano effectively?

I am guessing you would have to search for a MIDI to USB adapter.
