Connecting and Licensing Problem

I have a W2K Term Serv. I have purchased 5 TS Cals,
activated, and installed them. I see them activated in
the TS Licensing Manger. I am having problems with 2 98
machines connecting to the TS. In the TS Event Viewer, I
get Event ID 1003, The terminal service client has
provided an invalid license. I also get Event ID
1004, "The TS cannot issue a client license", when the
other 98 machine connects. I have tried deleting the
MSLicensing registry key on both machines with no results.
Any help would be great...

Yes, it can connect to the TS License server, and the
license server for the domain. After deleting the
MSLicensing registry key, I get the same error message
that is in my original post. When the 98 machine attempts
to connect to the server, her remote desktop fails. In
the event viewer it says, "The server cannot issue a
client license."

What service pack are you running?

Let's run through a few things here?
1) is the license server installed on your DC?
2) have you tried hardcoding the name of the license
server into the registry of the terminal server?

support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;239107

3) have you tried changing the MTU size on the network
adapter of the server, since network problems can cause
license problems...

I am running Service Pack 3...
1) The license server is installed on the Domain
Controller. I connect to it just fine.
2) The license server is hardcoded
3) It is only 98 machines that have a problem connecting.
I look in the license manager, and they are in the
temporary license category.
I installed Remote Desktop on a computer that has never
connected to the terminal server, and I get the following
error in event viewer - the terminal server cannot issue a
client license.
