TS Licenses

I got one W2k server with Terminal Services in Application mode.
Got two packages of TS CAL per device, one for 5 connections and one
for 10 connections.
Even though I have enough CAL's and registered them correctly, still
TS-license service is saying after about 8 connections that there
aren't enough licenses.
How should I correct this and how should I read the TS-license service
windows.

Can you post the *exact* text of the error message, and the EventIDs
from the EventLog on the TS?
I get the feeling that it is not the TS CALs, but the server CALs
that are causing the error.
Those can be checked in Control Panel - Licensing.

Vera,

Tanks for the reply, but I found the problem.
The application log says the SMBserver 5.0 is running out of licenses,
I believe the remote desktop printers are causing the problem.

Yes, that's what I said, you need more server CALs.
