Hi, I am connected on my computer to my Belkin Wireless Router by my Belkin
Wireless Adapter. I can use Internet services such as online games etc. but
my Internet Explorer 7 doesn't display any web pages. It says "Internet
Explorer cannot display the web page." Can anyone help please?

Alex,

Are you working OFFLINE? In Internet Explorer | FILE menu & make sure WORK
OFFLINE is unticked

Port 80 could be blocked. If you have a Firewall then disable it & try again. If
the router has a firewall check that port 80 is open

In Internet Explorer:

TOOLS menu | INTERNET OPTIONS | SECURITY tab & check to see all 'zones' are
'default'

On the PRIVACY tab check that you set it to MEDIUM HIGH

Post back after this please

Thanks, Newbie Coder, but I tried everything and nothing helped. The
strangest thing, however, is that although saying I am connected to my
wirleess router, the computer I'm talking about can't access the router
settings page, which, if it is connected, should be accessable. Maybe there's
something wrong with my hardware?

Click Start, Run, type:

netsh winsock reset

Press Enter key

Restart the system

You can also try this software download from a working machine:

LSP-Fix

Is this a sudden, new problem or an ongoing one?

If you eliminate the router and connect directly via the modem, does this
problem persist?
