connect to othe networks

when I open "Connect To" to connect to one of my remote networks it takes a
long time to open, it their any way to speed this up ?
 
Do a disk clean, scan your hard disk for viruses, delete temporary files.
Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories and right-click
on the Command Prompt and choose "Run as administrator".
Type in: SFC /SCANNOW and press your Enter key.
 
thanks Andre - but that has not resolved my issue, I even checked with
another profile, still the same issue
