Connect to, and install printer over over a web page?

I have some functionality that I am trying to implement and I cannot figure
it out. What I am trying to do is make it so that a user goes to a web page,
sees a printer, clicks on a hyperlink, and the printer gets installed on the
end-user machine. Much the same as when you connect to a printer through the
Start --> Run... by typing in a UNC path. For example: Entering
\\printserver01\printer01 into the Run dialog will connect to the printer,
and then install the drivers over the network if you have not previously
installed that printer. I want the same functionality, but through a
hyperlink. Anyone know of a way to do this?

Thanks

This is for XP, I don't know if it works on 2000:
http://printserver_name/Printers/share_name/.printer

I believe you need to enable internet printing on the server
