'Rosemary',

Using capital letters is regarded as shouting and is definitely
unacceptable in forums.

Now to your problem:

Run your mouse around the edge of the window until a double headed arrow
shows. Left Click on the double headed arrow and drag the page until it
fills the window. Do this on each side of the window until the whole
window is full. Close the window and it should then open correctly.

Emrys Davies.

Hi Rosemary :-)

If you mean the contents of the window itself does not fill the entire
window, try the following and see if it helps:

Window display too small - won't fill screen
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers.htm#new_window_max and possibly
http://inetexplorer.mvps.org/answers2.htm#window_small

also.

Remove Auto-Hide
http://www.fjsmjs.com/IE/offpos.htm

Remove any 'Auto-hide' option for the Windows taskbar and while the window
is maximized, resize the taskbar then return it to the desired size. This is
to try to make Windows re-calculate the window size and boundaries.

If no joy, run regedit and remove these registry key values:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\window_placement

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet
Explorer\Desktop\OldWorkAreas\OldWorkAreaRects

also...

The webpage may display that way because of how the webmaster has it coded.
You can try reducing the screen resolution to what the pages may be coded
as, possibly 800x600, and see if that resolves the situation. If it is a
result of webpage format, you'll most likely the same thing with Firefox.

Hope this helps
