Small display box

Whenever I'm on Explorer and I click on an icon to go to a
new URL, the box that appears is small, 1/4 screen size.
I always have to expand it to fit the entire screen. How
can I change that so that it appears full screen every
time? Thanks!

Try stretching the small window to full size. (Do not use Maximize)
Ensure that window is the last one closed and IE should remember the
size next time.
