Confirmation Message

I have Outlook set to ask for a confirmation when the receiver reads my
message.
It always does when I send a message to individuals.
But when I send a message to everybody on our network, it does not, EVEN
THOUGH it used to.
Anybody know why?

Because, I wager, your exchange admin unchecked the "Report To Message
Originator" box on the DL properties (iirc).

Is that something I cannot override?

Then nope. But you may want to check with the Exchange admin to be sure
that is what is going on. I could always be wrong (but that's the only
reason I could think this would be happening).
