"Confirm stream loss"?

Hi all,

I'm just moving some important files on my PC prior to doing a full installation. While trying to move some photos and stuff in My Documents, I get a strange warning I've never seen before. Here's the screenshot of the warning:

Any idea what it means?

My PC has been behaving suspiciously recently, frequently freezing for no reason, thats why I'm planning a complete reinstall.

Is it a Mac or a Windows os?

Do a test copy of a file to a new folder and see what information did not get copied over.

Pictures can contain extra info. Exif info I think it is called, for instance I have a picture file that is 68 Kb in size on the disc yet the picture is only 64.2 Kb in size the rest 3.8 Kb is info about when the shot was taken along with camera settings etc. So it may be that this is the sort of info not being copied.
