confirm file move

I would like to know of there's where I can turned off the
feature of XP that always pop a cormation window every time
I try to move a read-only file from one folder to another
on the harddrive.
It's annoying!

Please note that I am not asking how to turn off the
read-only file attribute.

Unless this is a setting hidden away in the policies somewhere,
I dont think it's possible to turn it off.
