Configure outlook w/ existing email

I just installed Office 2003, and need my existing e-mail
account to be accessed through Outlook, instead of having
to go through my ISP's site. Any help will be appreciated.

I go through gvtc.com to "web mail" to get to my

mailbox. I want the mailbox to go to Outlook.

then look on the gvtc.com web site for your mail settings. I'm sure they
have a "help" page.....
