When i try and capture video from a tape, it fails to actually do so! The fim
does rewind and i can see the footage on my camera but it dosnt work.
(it says this after my tape it at its end...which cant be right)
Captured Video: 0:00:00
Size of video file: 5KB
Afterwards it says
The video was not caputred correctly. Vertify that your camera and capture
device are configured properly. Then i hit 'ok' and its back to round one.
What am i doing wrong?:S

what is your camcorder brand and model... is it connected to the computer by
USB or firewire?

I'm having the same problem trying to capture video from my JVC-33U digital
camcorder. I have it connected via firewire port. It appears to work,
automatically rewinds, etc. and I see the video on the camera, yet same error
message that the video is not captured correctly: Captured Video: 0:00:00
Size of video file: 5KB Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
