Concepts editor - download source ?

I'm trying to locate a download source for a freeware bookmarks / URL
organiser called "concepts editor". I have found several site with
information about the package, but they all have download links to the
writer's site (http://www.abscindere.com), but this does not appear to exist
any more.

Could anyone advise an alternative download site ?
