computer wont boot up keeps restarting

I received a response earlier that would help if i could
get my computer to boot up to windows but my computer
keeps restarting prior to windows loading, so i tried to
boot up in safe mode and selected restart with old
settings but computer restarted again prior to windows
trying to load any ideas how to stop computer from
restarting so i can load windows succesfully?
 
i am also having this problem on only 2 of about 15 i
have worked with, if someone has a solution please email
it to me or post it here.
