Computer shuts down unexpectedly

My computer has started to shut down alot lately I will be in the middle of
something and the screen goes blank. My computer power light is still on and
the fans are still running by there is no responce from my computer. I
checked 2 different sources for a virus. I checked the event log and the are
no errors. I have to shut the computer down to turn it off, sometimes it last
10 minutes to an hour. My computer is only 4 months old. Any help would be
appreciated.
 
Hi Ken,

This sounds like a hardware issue. As new as the computer is I would
suggest contacting the manufacturers for technical support and
warranty information.
