computer shuts down suddenly and recovers from a serious error

My computer randomly turns off and when I turn it on it says Windows has
recovered from a serious error. Here is the error report:

BCCode : ea BCP1 : 811FC020 BCP2 : FEEAE1F8 BCP3 : FEEA1248
BCP4 : 00000001

What's wrong? Any help is appreciated.
