Computer restarts over and over and over

Is there any one who can help me. I was upgrading my Zone
Alarm, it asked me to re-start my computer when i was
down with that, so i did that, and it wont start up
again. It get to the log-on phase where i have to enter a
password, says its loading my personal settings, and then
just re-starts over again and does the exact same thing.
Tried Safe mode, that didnt work. Please e-mail me if you
have anay advice on how to fix this problem!!! Thanks.
 
Start your machine using the Windows 2000 CD ROM (write back if you don't
know how to do that). Choose Repair and get to the command interpreter. I
think that's under the console option. Navigate through the directories
(hope you know a little DOS) and delete the Zone Alarms directory.
