Computer Restarts Itself When ever i try to Download something.

My computer restarts automatically when ever i try to download something. If
i dont download anything ..its fine. I can play games and it never restarts.
but wen ever i try to download something it jst restarts. I CAN even download
antispyware programs to help solve the PROBLEM...Helpp

its better use windows xp second edition b'cos its problem free from
errors
