Computer restarting itself

Hi, need some help with this one:
When i plug in my usb memory stick the computer restarts itself. After
turning off "auto restart when system crashes" (to get BSOD) i get this error
message.
NO_MORE_IRP_STACK_LOCATIONS_
and this error number:
0x00000035 (0x861d6d68,0x00000000,0x00000000,0x00000000,)
Ive tried the same memory stick in other computers and it works fine.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

i had a look at your link, from what i can gather they say it should be a
driver conflict or incompatible hardware. However im running Win XP and the
other computer it did work on has the same set up. The problem is specific
to my computer
