Computer Restarts Automatically

Yesterday, my computer began rebooting itself while I am
in the middle of working within an application (Mozilla
browzer). When the system restarts I get the message
about a Serious Error had occured.

Is this a symptom of a hardware problem, windows problem,
application problem? What can I do to diagnose? I
checked for viruses, none detected.

Thanks for any help!!
 
'Stop errors' happen when you have an outdated driver so you could start by
updating these. They can also happen (I'm told) if you have bad RAM - have
you upgraded recently?
I'm sure you will get more suggestions - good luck :-)
